Absolutely. Teacher's Assistant Pro is 'Offline First'. All student data, financial records, and schedules are stored locally on your device (SQLite database). We do not use cloud servers, ensuring maximum privacy and GDPR compliance.
How does 'Auto-Record' work?
Once a scheduled lesson's end time passes, the app can automatically mark it as completed and update the student's balance. This saves you the time of manual entry after every lesson.
Can I generate invoices for parents?
Yes! You can generate professional PDF reports (Client Reports) for any student. These reports list all completed lessons, payments made, and the current balance, making it easy to share via email or messaging apps.
What billing models are supported?
The app is highly flexible. You can charge per minute, per 15 minutes, per 30 minutes, per hour, or set a fixed rate per lesson.
Can I back up my data?
Yes. While the data is local, the app provides a built-in Backup and Restore system. You can create a backup file and store it safely or move it to a new device.
